Quinoa Salad

1 cup cooked quinoa
1 cup cooked diced sweet potatoes
1/2 cup cooked black beans
1/2 cup cooked mushrooms
1 teaspoon of jalapeno pepper (optional)
Salad dressing
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
juice of one lime
1 clove of garlic finely chopped
salt and pepper to taste
Shake, pour and mix into salad
